Die Stadt Dortmund hat im Rat verbindliche Leitlinien für den Einsatz und die Nutzung von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) in der Verwaltung vorgelegt. Damit wird ein wichtiger Schritt für eine verantwortungsvolle und transparente Digitalisierung gemacht – ganz im Sinne unserer GRÜNEN Forderung, die wir bereits im Rahmen des Memorandum-Prozesses eingebracht haben: Der Einsatz von KI darf weder zum Selbstzweck noch zum Risiko für Datenschutz, Teilhabe oder Gerechtigkeit werden. Die neuen Leitlinien legen deshalb fest, dass KI immer nur unterstützend wirkt, Entscheidungen weiterhin von Menschen getroffen werden und ethische sowie rechtliche Standards uneingeschränkt gelten. Wir begrüßen diesen wichtigen Schritt ausdrücklich und sind gespannt auf die weiteren Module, insbesondere das kommende „Handbuch KI“ und die „Geschäftsanweisung KI“, die die Umsetzung in der Praxis konkretisieren werden.
